Partnership Requirements

AidRigs Partners Must:

  1. Have an existing business and the capacity to import goods into country of sales
  2. Demonstrate sufficient sales volume over the past six months in related goods and services.
  3. Have social media presence and capability to participate in marketing activities alongside AidRigs
  4. Promote AidRigs on their own social media and consistently reply to / boost AR promotional content.
  5. Have the ability to order in sufficient quantities (MoQ / MoV) several times per year
  6. Be willing to set specific volume objectives over first year of partnership.

Eligibility

All aspiring AidRigs partners are required to have / do the following to become an AidRigs partner.:

  1. Complete and submit a signed KYC form
  2. Certify they are free of debts or encumbrances that would hinder their ability to work consistently with AidRigs.
  3. Be legally incorporated in the place of business.
  4. Control a bank account from which to make international transfers.
  5. Possess an email address for business use.
  6. Upload two (2) photos each of the interior and exterior of their business locations.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

1.Full Container Orders:

For full container orders, AidRigs offers direct wholesale services. If you are ordering by container, please clearly indicate this in the order quantity field.

2.Orders below container size:

  • For orders below a full container, please specify the exact quantity of spare parts required. We will connect you with a local distributor so that you can benefit from local expertise, simplified logistics, and personalized service.
  • Please note, The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by region. Typically, the minimum order starts at 100 pieces, but some markets may require minimum quantities of 25, 50, or even 75 sets.

If you are unsure of the exact quantity due to import fees or other tariff concerns, we recommend that you estimate the quantity to order. This will allow our sales team to provide you with the most accurate information after review.
